Compassionate, strengths-based support that helps Massachusetts families move from surviving to thriving.
My Family Resource was founded to help families navigate the complexities of mental health, educational, and disability systems. We provide strengths-based, trauma-informed care that builds resilience and skills toward greater independence — so every family feels seen, supported, and empowered to move from surviving to thriving.
We provide strengths-based, trauma-informed care to individuals and families living in Massachusetts, with the goal of increasing resilience and skills toward individual and family sufficiency and independence. Our services are primarily provided virtually and telephonically, and arrangements for in-person support can be made on an as-needed basis — such as attendance at IEP meetings.
A clear, collaborative path — from getting to know you, to partnering on goals, to celebrating your progress.
All of our services start with a biopsychosocial assessment to identify and understand the needs, strengths, and preferences of everyone involved. We want to know you, so we can truly partner with you.
We review your assessment together and engage in a collaborative treatment-planning process, discussing how we can partner to help you achieve your goals.
You know your child(ren) and family best. We tailor support to you, show up when you need us, and cheer you on as you grow toward greater independence.
When we don’t have all the answers, we say so. We draw on a vast network of allied professionals — clinicians, nurses, prescribers, OTs, attorneys, teachers, and behavior therapists — always with the utmost confidentiality.
Our clinicians bring decades of combined experience in therapy, special education, disability advocacy, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
